This site is owned and managed by www.finecollection.my. kindly read the following carefully as it contains terms and conditions that are part of your agreement with www.finecollection.my. by shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledge, understood, and agreed to the terms stated below. finecollection reserves the right to make amendments to any of the terms & conditions below without notice.
* Office hours: Monday to Saturday(10am to 7pm) Sunday(11am to 5pm).
* Kindly check through your shopping cart and ensure that the item(s), size, quantity , and color are accurate prior to carting them out as we will not be able to change your orders once it has been processed.

* Prices displayed are in malaysia ringgit (rm) and are subject to change without notice. www.finecollection.my may offer options to transact in different currencies.
* Products colors may differ mainly due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
* A difference of 0.5"-1.5" between the item(s) received from which was provided in our given measurement may not be considered as a defect.
* Measurements provided on each of the products are in maximum stretch.
* For printed items,please note placement of prints will differ for every piece due to cut of fabric.
* Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains,etc) which do not affect overall appearance will not be considered as a defect.
* www.finecollection.my will not responsible for color drop after wash.
* www.finecollection.my will not accept exchange for zipper defect (we strictly checked on the condition before post out).
* Request for exchange/return due to such reason above will be rejected.
* We accept internet banking (ib) , paypal and credit card payments only. we do not accept atm transfers.
* Payment details have to be submitted via the form provided once you make a purchase.
* Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within the time frame given. cancelled orders cannot be reversed.
* In the event where we're unable to verify payments, www.finecollection.my would require assistance of the customers to process the order as quickly as we can.
* Backorders are opened for sold out items.
* Arrival time for different items may differ & and are usually stated under the individual items.
* If backorder has closed but item(s) are still available,it means there are extras & you can proceed to place an order.
* There may be delayed backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment,lack of fabric etc. for such circumstances, cancellation of orders are not applicable.
* Backorder may also be cancelled due to insufficient quantity upon stocks arrival.for such circumstances,a store credit will be issued accordingly. there will strictly will not be any cash refunds.
* www.finecollection.my will not be able to combine in-stock & backorder items to mailed out together.
* All orders are processed within 1-2 working days [or more during sale period] upon verification of payment. our pick up service is carried out during working hours, monday- friday, excluding weekends and local public holiday (malaysia).
* Kindly track your order at (https://www.aftership.com/) by using the tracking number which will be provided in your account at www.finecollection.my.
* It usually takes 2-5 working days [or more during sale period] to arrive your doorstep.
* www.finecollection.my is unable to make any amendment or combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed.
* Kindly ensure that the correct address,size and colors have been inputted prior to making payment.
* All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by www.finecollection.my however, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same. Fine Collection Boutique shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised person.
* Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
* www.finecollection.my will not be responsible for delay caused by courier service.
* Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of www.finecollection.my and there will be no refunds.
Incorrect/defective item(s) received
* All exchanges have to be mailed back to us within 7 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
* We truly apologize for sending/mailing you the incorrect/defective item(s). please take a snapshot & provide us the details/name of the wrong/defective item(s) received and email us directly at email@example.com. we will reimburse for additional postage/shipping fees incurred.
* However,if the item is no longer available for exchange,a store credit with 90 days will be issued.there will strictly not be any cash refunds.
* We are sorry & we will issue a credit note with no expiry date if :-
1) The item you paid is sold out when few customers are paying the same item at the same time
2) The item you paid is defected & last piece [after checked by our qc team]
* Exchange can only be done if the item(s) is in its original condition(tag intact, unworn, unwashed or unaltered,completely free of fragrance). it will take approximately 5 working day to process.
Membership, Discount and Vouchers
* Fine Collection Boutique physical store membership card / voucher is not valid for online store purchase, and the reward program / discount code / discount voucher of finecollection.my is not valid for Fine Collection Boutique physical store purchase.
* You may redeem only ONE(1) voucher per promotional. Fine Collection Boutique reserves to the right to cancel any subsequent orders made by you using a voucher for the same promotional.
* Fine Collection Boutique vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
* Fine Collection Boutique shall not be liable for the loss, theft or illegibility of gift or promotional vouchers.
* Fine Collection Boutique reserves the right to change the terms & conditions or cancel any promotions at any time without notice.
* www.finecollection.my does not offer product warranty,but simply extends the manufacturer's standard warranty.if you wish to obtain information regarding the manufacturer's warranty before ordering,please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

* www.finecollection.my will make a reasonable effort to ensure that shipping information, product price(s), product description(s) and other information on this site is correct.
